Serve it with fresh berries, toasted nuts, or a drizzle of honey for a delicious treat on warm days.

Ingredients

  • For the Frozen Yogurt
  • 3 cups full-fat Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup honey or granulated sugar

  • 1 Premium Madagascar Vanilla Bean, split and seeds scraped

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional Toppings
  • Fresh strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Raspberries

  • Chopped almonds or pistachios

  • Honey

  • Fresh vanilla bean seeds

How to Cook

  • Add the Greek yogurt, honey or sugar, vanilla bean seeds, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt to a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until the mixture is completely smooth and the sweetener is evenly incorporated.
  • Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until thick and creamy.
  • Transfer the frozen yogurt to an airtight container and freeze for about 3–4 hours until firm.
  • Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
  • Serve with fresh berries, chopped nuts, honey, or a few vanilla bean seeds.

Additional Tips

  • Use Premium Madagascar Vanilla Beans for the richest natural vanilla aroma and visible vanilla specks.
  • Full-fat Greek yogurt gives the frozen yogurt a smoother and creamier texture.
  • If you prefer a softer frozen yogurt, serve it shortly after churning.
  • For a sweeter dessert, adjust the honey or sugar according to your taste.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
