Thank you for shopping at Vrishabha Organics. We take pride in the quality of our natural products. Because we deal in food and consumable items, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
1. Return Eligibility and Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we strictly do not accept returns on opened food items or perishable goods. For non-perishable, unopened items, you may request a return within 5 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- In its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
- You must notify us at contact@vrishabhaorganics.com within 12 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging.
- Upon review, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your item is eligible for a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@vrishabhaorganics.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our customer support team to approve the return and provide you with the return shipping address.
- Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit.
Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as Razorpay, Stripe, PhonePe, or PayPal). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
