Vanilla Protein Shake is a creamy, refreshing, and easy homemade drink made with milk, banana, Greek yogurt, and premium vanilla powder. Naturally rich and satisfying, this smooth protein shake is perfect for breakfast, a post-workout drink, or a quick snack. The addition of authentic vanilla gives the shake a delicious aroma and balanced flavor without overpowering the other ingredients.

Ingredients

  • For the Protein Shake
  • 1½ cups milk

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp premium vanilla powder

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • ½ cup ice cubes

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, optional

  • Optional Toppings
  • Sliced banana

  • Chopped almonds

  • Cinnamon powder

  • A light sprinkle of vanilla powder

How to Cook

  • Add the milk, banana, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, vanilla powder, almond butter, and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter shake.
  • Blend again briefly until everything is well combined.
  • Pour into serving glasses and garnish with sliced banana, chopped almonds, or a light sprinkle of vanilla powder.
  • Serve immediately while chilled.

Additional Tips

  • Use Premium Vanilla Powder for a naturally rich vanilla aroma and flavor.
  • For a thicker shake, use a frozen banana instead of a fresh one.
  • Substitute almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Adjust the amount of protein powder according to your preferred serving size and product instructions.
  • For a lower-sugar version, skip the honey or maple syrup.
