Ingredients
- For the Latte
2 shots freshly brewed espresso (or ½ cup strong coffee)
2 cups whole milk
1 Premium Madagascar Vanilla Bean, split and seeds scraped
1 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

How to Cook
- Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
- Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the vanilla bean seeds and pod. Heat over medium-low heat until the milk is hot and steaming, but do not let it boil.
- Remove the vanilla pod and stir in the honey or sugar until completely dissolved.
- Brew two shots of espresso or prepare ½ cup of strong coffee.
- Froth the warm vanilla-infused milk using a milk frother, steam wand, or whisk.
- Pour the espresso into two serving mugs and slowly add the frothed milk.
